Below is a list of the assessments conducted at Solace Sabah to determine if our intake has a genuine addiction problem or not:
DAST-10 (Drug Abuse Screening Test-10)
This is a 10-item brief screening tool that can either be self-administered or administered by a clinician. Each question requires a yes/no answer and can be done in 8 minutes. It is used to assess all drugs except for tobacco and alcohol. TAKE TEST

This is a combination of the CAGE and AUDIT tools screening tool that can either be self-administered or administered by a clinician.
