Key Responsibilities:

  • » Serve as advisor and consultant to other staff in the specialized areas of clinical psychology to include. comprehensive psychological evaluations, diagnosis and treatment.
  • » Oversee planning, delivery and evaluation of a continuum of residential substance abuse services.
  • » Deliver psychological assessments and evidence-based psychological interventions for clients with addictive disorders and co-occurring disorders.


  • » Represent Sanctuary Retreat at committees, work groups, and initiatives as needed
  • » Coordinate intern activities and other assigned tasks as needed.
  • » Maintain privileging and credentialing requirements and pursue professional development opportunities as appropriate.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • » Fluency in English, both oral and written communications. A second language would be an added advantage.
  • » Excellent interpersonal and strong leadership skills.

Education and Experience:

  • » Minimum requirement: Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent.
  • » Experience in addiction treatment is an added advantage.
